Development for Professionals

• RealChanges continues to support and challenge our exceptionally highly performing participants with the RealChanges Leadership Alumni (RCLA) program.
• Membership to RCLA is by invitation, with each group having a maximum of 12 participants.
• The groups meet bimonthly to network, to challenge themselves and each other professionally, to discuss topical issues in the leadership and business arenas, and to continue to develop their personal and professional leadership competencies.
• The Leadership Alumni have access to resources developed by RealChanges to continue growing toolkit
